In defense of my last blog's confession

I've been at church wondering how awful and selfish I sounded - running away from camp. I'm Jonah!!! In my defense, I offer another explantion/excuse:

For the past four years, Russell has also been in charge of summer camp - for the boys. Usually I would go on Monday, get back on Friday, then we'd clean all the equipment, reload and he'd head out the next morning for 10 days.

I'm all for youth camps, but one camp per family is plenty to 'direct' each summer - I'm happy to share those blessings with other families!
